Electrical and Power Management System Specialist (f-m-d)

As a member of an international development organization, We are looking for an experienced Electrical and Power Management System Expert to oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of electrical and power management systems for our projects. This role involves ensuring reliable and efficient power distribution, integrating automation and control systems, and managing complex electrical systems to meet the operational demands of industries such as oil & gas, utilities, petrochemicals, and industrial manufacturing. Will possess strong technical expertise in power systems, protection schemes, and PMS technologies, along with excellent project management and Bids technical support.
This includes engineering contribution in the SE Industrial Process. We’re working within an agile process environment to ensure efficiency and flexibility. Effective communication with the international team is a crucial aspect of your role, and your goal is to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to prepare bid documents, optimize project costs, and support business development efforts. that meets the needs of the SE industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related field. m
• 15+ years of experience in electrical engineering with a focus on power management systems, power distribution, and automation within industrial sectors.
• Proficiency in power system analysis software (e.g., ETAP, Power Factory) and experience with PMS solutions.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and standards (NEC, IEC, IEEE) and familiarity with protection and control schemes.
• Experience with control systems (DCS, PLC, SCADA) and integration protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex electrical and PMS systems and make data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
