Your future role


Take on a new challenge and apply your electrical integration and design expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, solution-driven, and collaborative teammates.


You'll be accountable for the delivery of Electrical Harness Integration outputs, ensuring they meet our Engineering Quality Cost and Delivery commitments. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as the Schematic team and Manufacturing), manage risk assessments, and much more.


You’ll specifically take care of designing cable trays and ducts, routing electrical harnesses in CATIA V5, and creating 2D drawings for parts and assemblies, but also contribute to the physical train architecture and support industrialization during manufacturing ramp-up.


We’ll look to you for:


  • Organizing and leading work package reviews for projects


  • Managing risks, assessments, and mitigation plans


  • Reporting targets to the Lead Engineer/Domain Leader


  • Organizing Design/Verification reviews and providing reports


  • Supporting industrialization during manufacturing ramp-up


  • Contributing to equipment position definitions and interface development

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field


  • Experience or understanding of electrical harness design and integration


  • Knowledge of CATIA V5 and electrical design tools


  • Familiarity with EMC standards and practices


  • A certification in project management or related area is a plus


  • Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams


  • Excellent communication and risk management skills
