Your future role


Take on a new challenge and apply your mechanical engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.


You'll ensure the impeccable follow-up of Metier Quality and Delivery on Domain Workpackages for the Site. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Project Management, and Quality Assurance), defining mitigation plans and much more.


You’ll specifically take care of managing the development of the site Domain team, but also allocating adequate resources to the projects/programs/tenders.


We’ll look to you for:


  • Ensuring proper follow-up and application of TD rules, processes, and tools


  • Preparing and documenting design reviews as per the project/program schedule


  • Collaborating effectively with other Domains/Metiers/Departments


  • Defining Domain fixed costs and workload to secure project QCD commitments


  • Applying and following up on the People Management Cycle for the Domain team


  • Supporting the Domain team in issue resolution and action challenges


  • Reporting on Domain activities progress and alerting in case of main issues

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field


  • with 15+ years of exp


  • Experience or understanding of mechanical domain architecture considerations


  • Knowledge of transport engineering processes and instructions


  • Familiarity with workload and people management


  • A certification in project or quality management is advantageous


  • Good communication and interpersonal skills


  • Ability to manage conflicts and multitask effectively
