eCommerce Order automation Support Analyst

As an eCommerce Order automation Support Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting and improving automated ordering process leveraging your skills in ecommerce and SAP.

This position is part of the Digital Commercial Operations Team and will be in Pall India, Pune office.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Support automated ordering process (Esker) and its integration with SAP. Design and develop new features in SAP to improve the process.
• Train Customer service teams on automation features and improve adoption of the platform
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, find improvement opportunities, and translate them to Functional & Technical specifications. Participate in architecture design discussions to create tailored solutions for business needs
• Perform functional, regression, integration and performance testing.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Minimum of 5- 8 years of experience in SAP OTC Techno functional.
• Experience in ABAP programs developments, Interfaces, enhancements and custom developments.
• Experience with Order automation tools such as Esker and integrations with SAP.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Prior experience of SAP integration with eCommerce (Intershop) and CRM (Salesforce).
