Job Overview: The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for identifying potential clients, maintain and update prospect databases, streamline sales operations, thereby maximizing conversion rates.


1. Roles & Responsibilities


  • End-to-End Sales support
  • Identify whitespace opportunities along with Sellers
  • Maintain / assist leads and opportunities creation and Management in MSD, pipeline hygiene management.
  • Sales analytics to monitor and provide timely inputs on LPIs & KPIs (to be defined by Kanaka)
  • Keep sellers accountable on the execution plans
  • Ensure appropriate and timely documentation for revenue recognition

2. Pre-Proposal stage:


  • Create new and customize existing assets for target clients (pitch decks, sell sheets, email templates, client / cohort-specific insights)
  • Maintain content library of aforementioned documents
  • Assist Sellers / ADEs with data for client interaction and helping them create outside in point of view
  • Provide pricing support: EMS rate-cards, support the team for Fox pricing

3. Proposal stage:


  • Maintain and share templates with consistent branding and formats for various solutions; includes storing in centralized location
  • Customize proposal templates based on seller input
  • Establish a consistent process and SLAs for proposal requests as needed

4. Negotiation stage:


  • Review SOWs created by Sellers for accuracy using an established checklist and approve initial proposal to client
  • Contract Creation and collaboration with legal team
  • Maintain renewal trackers for eComm subscriptions
