Optimizes organizational performance by enhancing the alignment and efficiency of business processes and by ensuring continuous, sustained improvement across the enterprise through the implementation of Envista Business System tools and methodologies. Includes focus areas like Innovation, Growth, and Lean. Includes EBS trainers.
Job Requirements:
Responsibilities :
- ·Drive targeted Policy Deployment (PD), growth oriented KPI improvement at targeted mentored Opcos by leveraging EBS tools, mentoring skills, and change management process
- ·Assist Opco leadership in the development of a EBS roadmap in growth processes (sales, marketing, and innovation)
- ·Provide support for strategy building and execution on those projects working in collaboration of the senior leadership team.
- ·Directly provide formal and informal EBS training and coaching
- ·Facilitate other EBS training sessions when needed
- ·Regularly participate and contribute in PD and Daily Management reviews
- ·Improve EBS training and facilitation skills by pursuing certification in EBS tools
- ·Ensure productive kaizen events (well planned, executed and sustained)
- ·Improve EBS training and facilitation skills by pursuing certification in EBS tools
- ·Promote and facilitate target associate development in various EBS tools
- ·Benchmark and incorporate best practices into EBS
- ·Build EBS Sustainability & assist the leadership team with deploying priority improvements (e.g., Organic Growth).
- . Builds EBS culture and scale EBS competency across teams.
Desired work experience, education & skills:
- BS or BA Degree in Business, Engineering, Science or equivalent
- Multiple years of Operations or Lean experience
- Hands-on experience implementing improvements in a continuous improvement environment (Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, TPS, etc.), line management or consulting role
