Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled EBS HRMS Payroll and Benefit Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the configuration, customization, implementation, and support of the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS modules, with a focus on Payroll and Benefits. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both technical and functional aspects of HRMS, combined with deep knowledge of Payroll and Benefits processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configuration and Implementation: Implement, configure, and support EBS HRMS Payroll and Benefits modules.
- Payroll Processing: Manage the complete payroll cycle from input to reporting and ensure accurate payroll processing in compliance with local and global regulations.
- Benefit Management: Configure and support benefits modules, ensuring accurate benefits enrollment, changes, and reporting.
- System Integration: Work with other systems (Finance, GL, etc.) to ensure smooth integration with HRMS modules.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support, resolve system issues, and assist with system upgrades or changes.
- Customizations and Enhancements: Collaborate with technical teams to develop customizations and enhancements to meet business requirements.
- User Training and Documentation: Conduct training sessions for end users, and create comprehensive user manuals and documentation.
- Requirements Gathering: Engage with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into system specifications.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform system testing (UAT), validate configurations, and ensure compliance with payroll policies.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure the system is compliant with relevant tax regulations and labor laws, and assist with reporting requirements.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements and technology.
