Job Title: Early Careers Specialist - (Campus Recruiter/ Coordinator )

Job Purpose:
As an Early Careers Recruiter with a focus on on-campus brand promotion and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I), you will be responsible for attracting and recruiting top early career talent while enhancing the company's brand reputation and ensuring diverse and inclusive recruitment practices. This role requires a combination of recruitment expertise, marketing acumen, DE&I knowledge, and a passion for building an inclusive workforce.
Key Accountabilities
- 4-6 Years of experience in Campus Recruitment.
- Hands on experience in day-to-day recruitment planning and execution of all ‘Early Career’ hiring strategies, including Graduates, Apprenticeships, Internships, Co-ops and Work Placements to proactively attract, assess and secure early careers talent in our relevant markets within the India region.
- Creation of attractive and inclusive adverts to ensure they are free from bias, to ensure appropriate information is included for advertisement, online postings, targeted job boards and professional networks, to attract a diverse pool of early careers talent.
- Conduct thorough and unbiased candidate assessments, interviews, and evaluations, focusing on skills, potential, and cultural fit.
- Offer negotiation and generation, created through partnering with Stakeholders and relevant People Team colleagues to ensure the candidate is suitably and fairly compensated.
- Issuing of Employment Contracts and New Starter Paperwork.
- Proactively source talented and diverse candidates through creative methods, implementing a variety of candidate generation techniques, strategies, and programs to stay ahead of innovation, while understanding impact of applied strategies.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their talent needs and create inclusive recruitment plans that attract diverse candidates.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key universities, faculty, career services offices, and student organizations to establish a robust and diverse talent pipeline.
- Build and maintain relationships with diverse candidate communities, including student organizations, diversity-focused associations, and external networks.
- Coordinate and attend career fairs, industry events, and conferences with a focus on diversity to engage with potential candidates and promote the organization's commitment to DE&I.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to DE&I in recruitment, and proactively recommend adjustments to recruitment strategies and practices.
- Creation of diverse talent pools to support our rebalance initiatives and other regional diversity goals with the ambition we hire 50:50 ratio of female hires.
- Responsible for data entry into the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintenance of recruitment records; emphasis on quality and high levels of accuracy ensuring compliance with processes and legislation.
- Ensure positive applicant and Hiring Manager experience throughout the hiring process.

Essential Competencies, Knowledge and Experience
- 4-6 Years of experience in Campus Recruitment.
- Good knowledge of the university landscape, including familiarity with key universities, academic programs, and career services offices. Experience in recruiting at professional level, ideally from a software industry.
- Passion for early careers talent development and commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices.
- Highly effective administrative skills, organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills; ability to manage demanding workload, internal stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Highly competent with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience of working with different systems with the confidence and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, e.g., ATS and HR systems.
- Proven experience of building excellent relationships with key stakeholders to ensure business requirements are absorbed, understood and delivered against.
- Proven experience of building long term relationships with past and future candidates.
- Strong ability to effectively network and identify candidates independently.
- Highly skilled in operating as a true recruiting partner, selling candidates on the company, brand and role.
- Strong interpersonal and team-working skills.

Hybrid working
