Job Description

What success looks like in this role:


  • Design and develop training programs and materials for early career employees.
  • Create structured onboarding processes to ensure new campus hires integrate smoothly into the company culture and are technically trained to be allocated to the projects at the earliest opportunity.
  • Implement career development workshops, mentorship programs, and skills training sessions for associates in enabling functions like Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing etc.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtually and provide coaching and support to early career employees as needed.
  • Develop and deliver engaging content that addresses the needs of new hires, early career professionals and enabling functions.
  • Prepare reports on training effectiveness, participant feedback, and overall program success and utilize data to make informed decisions and recommendations for program enhancements.

You will be successful in this role if you have:


  • A Master’s degree in human resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in training, learning and development, or a related field, preferably with a focus on early career or entry-level employees.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with an ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse groups
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
