Could you be the full-time Signalling Project Engineering Manager in India we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive signalling expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and solution-oriented teammates.
You'll manage the technical contractual scope of projects and functionally lead the project engineering team. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Engineering Team, Product Development Community, Methods & Tools Community), manage project risks, and oversee design and application engineering activities.
You’ll specifically take care of the project requirements database, chair the Project Change Control Board, and supervise Verification & Validation activities, but also provide the Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure project solutions meet Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance (QCDP) commitments.
We’ll look to you for:
Managing technical risks and mitigation plans
Validating technical design choices
Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
Leading and supervising the project engineering team
Coordinating with the project core team for technical documentation
Supporting during project warranty and knowledge capitalization

Degree in an Engineering discipline
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the signalling industry, with at least 5 years in signalling design
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to lead and manage an engineering team
A certification in project management is advantageous
Experience in developing System Specifications and Requirements
Capability to manage Engineering Work Packages and associated risks
