  • Collaborate with the client and internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans for the maintenance and enhancement of facility infrastructure.
  • Oversee engineering projects and manage project teams to ensure successful delivery within budget and time constraints.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance needs, safety hazards, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and solutions.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with maintenance schedules and adherence to quality standards.
  • Monitor and analyze facility performance metrics, identifying areas of opportunity for cost efficiencies and operational improvements.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, proactively identifying innovative technologies and solutions to enhance facility operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and safety standards.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer service.

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
  • Experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Proven track record in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO, LEED, and OSHA.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or relevant certifications.
  • Experience in commercial real estate or property management.
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices and energy management strategies.
  • Familiarity with computer-aided facility management (CAFM) software.
