Could you be the full-time Domain Lead - SImulator in our dynamic team based in Bangalore we’re looking for?


Your future role


Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and forward-thinking teammates.


You'll lead and contribute to the development of Digital Training Solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (ISR Project Core Team, Rolling Stock Engineering Core Team, Service Bid Managers), manage product development lifecycle, and much more.


You’ll specifically take care of tasks such as CBC analysis, solution definition, risk assessment, and QCD submission in the tender phase, but also engage in software/hardware development and implementation.


We’ll look to you for:


  • Defining the Product Development Plan and Project Schedule


  • Preparing and reviewing technical specifications and design documents


  • Project monitoring and control, including customer and stakeholder management


  • Supplier management from selection to project delivery


  • Procurement of components for simulators


  • REX database management and implementation in tenders and projects


  • Collaborating with Digital Solutions teams to support Product and Technology Development

  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Science) or equivalent


  • Minimum Exp more than 15 years


  • Experience or understanding of product development/engineering lifecycle


  • Knowledge of software development methodologies


  • Familiarity with electrical or mechanical hardware design and implementation methods


  • A certification in Project Management or Product Management (desirable)


  • Technical knowledge of Rolling Stock systems and subsystems (desirable)


  • Experience in modelling and simulation for equipment/vehicles (desirable)


  • Exposure to Digital Technologies (AR/VR, software stacks, data analytics) and understanding of digital solutions market (desirable)
