You’ll break new ground by:
- As an IT Sales Domain Architect, you are responsible for designing and further developing our future system landscape in Marketing and Sales for Siemens Digital Industries. Your role also includes close collaboration with Siemens Smart Infrastructure and the integration of cross-initiative initiatives such as Sherpa X and NXTLVL.
- Domain IT Architect for Marketing and Sales including Architecture Lead role in key Sales initiatives.
- Development and coordination of the future IT Architecture and Strategy for DI in Marketing and Sales.
- Consulting DI S and selecting new technologies and digitalization opportunities.
- Close collaboration with Siemens Smart Infrastructure to create synergies in sales through a common IT ecosystem.
- Close collaboration and coordination of architectures and our ecosystem with central initiatives such as Sherpa X.
- Close integration into the DI IT Architecture Community with lead functionality for the Sales Domain.
- Building solutions that ensure a scalable, stable, and secure IT system landscape in Digital Industries and CRM, considering best practices and standards in IT architecture.
- Ensuring the scalability, stability, and security of IT systems in Digital Industries and CRM.
- Evaluation and selection of suitable technologies and platforms for the enterprise architecture in the Sales domain.
- Documentation of architectures and identification and tracking of technical debts.
- Being engaged in global strategic projects to steer it architecturally.
You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:
- Completed studies in business/computer science or comparable education.
- Proven long-term experience in IT Sales or a comparable position, ideally in Siemens Digital Industries or related industries.
- Solid Lead to Cash process knowledge, with a focus on sales processes.
- Solid knowledge in IT architecture, IT strategy, and digitalization, especially in CRM and the Customer/Seller Journey.
- Experience in designing and implementing complex IT system landscapes with a focus on CRM and sales processes.
- Knowledge in data architecture is desirable.
- Ideally, knowledge in various architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and their application, especially in sales environments.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly and convince stakeholders in the sales area.
- Team-oriented working style and analytical thinking, with a focus on sales results.
- Solution-oriented thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas to increase sales.
- Experience with agile working methods and project management, especially in the sales process environment.
- Good English skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience in working with leadership, independently. Persuasive and organized.
- Socially aware, open minded and responsible.
