A Snapshot of Your Day
You are a member of an international team working on pioneering solutions for our global projects that will shape the energy industry of tomorrow.
Embedded in a team of specialists, you take responsibility for worldwide Energy projects, executed by the Business Area EAD within the Transformation of Industry.
You will work with the project team delivering all documentation requirements for global industry projects for our key customers. You will work closely with our engineering teams while working alongside the Project Manager, Technical Lead Engineers, Procurement teams, Installation & Commissioning teams on all aspects of project documentation delivery.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Experienced Document Controller
- A good understanding of 3rd party Document Management Tools (e.g. Fabasoft, Sharepoint)
- Formal Project Management training (APM or equivalent)
- Knowledge of Project Management (e.g. APM or PMI)
- Contractual Awareness

•You are a graduate with consistent track record and relevant experience of 6 to 8 years in Document Controller role.
•Exposure to EPC projects in Oil & Gas domain is preferred.
•Good communication skills, fluency in English. (Written and oral)
•Good Team Player & can communicate with Siemens Global regional offices.
