•Post-Graduation / Graduation
•Must have handled Internal and external Quality Management Certification or customer audits
•Certification ITILv4, ISO 20000-1, SAFe, Agile
•Candidate should be well versed in conducting audits and SQA reviews for delivery processes
•Candidate should be well versed Software Engineering process. (SDLC)
•Practices and should have know how of Ticketing tools Like Remedy Service Now etc
•Candidate must have working knowledge of designing compliance, effectiveness and efficiency metrics system in line with business objectives and organization policy
•Candidate must have experience in conducting Management Review Meeting with all the mandatory KPIs and overall system health related data along with the recommendation for system improvement
Must have very strong knowledge on delivery process and business / process metrics of Telecom Domain
•Agile and waterfall – methodologies
•DevOps knowledge
•Implementation experience of CMMI SVC
•Optional Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt
