Role Description
As Divisional Risk and Control Senior Analyst, you will be joining the CRM Global Control Office Performance and Enhancements team. You will actively facilitate a consistent application of the CRM compensating control framework by performing relevant controls, monitoring and centralized testing the effectiveness of the controls and improve the reporting. Special focus is on the closure of gaps in our control framework by contributing to the further development / enhancement of the existing control framework and the remediation of findings.

Your key responsibilities
- Perform regular controls and quality assurance checks (including SOx controls) and maintain the respective compensating control framework
- Assume responsibility for establishing new control requirements for the compensating control framework
- Support overall improvement / further development of the control framework by adding practical expertise and valuable insights from in- and outbound tasks
- Establishing a strong relationship with all relevant stakeholders
Your skills and experience
- Experience in credit risk management, particularly re. distress related topics and in-depth knowledge of distress related processes and respective control activities
- In depth knowledge of the concepts driving the control framework (e.g., SOx, CRR regulations)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English language
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and high flexibility
- Attention to detail, performance orientation and motivation
- Microsoft office proficient (Excel, Word, Power Point)
