Job Title : Dispatch Executive

Reporting to : Warehouse Manager

Work Location : Dombivli

Key Responsibilities :

Activity of this position will start after the following activities by Production are carried out -

• After Packing of the QC approved Finished goods (FG) Material, Production will handover to SCM team with a labeling without Customer Name at designated area.

  
  

• Production Team will transfer stock to FG Inventory location in ERP software.

  
  

Main activity of SCM Executive:

• Supervise and monitor all finished goods inventory and ensure timely domestic and export dispatches with ZERO deviation.

  
  

• Co-ordinate with sales department on regular basis for sales orders.

  
  

• Liaise with Quality Control department for COA and follow with production department for Product wise labeling. Based on these information Customer Name and address labels to be fixed by SCM for further dispatch process.

  
  

• Maintain product wise and packing wise inventory stock in ERP Software and Excel format for tracking purposes.

  
  

• Weekly verification of Finished goods Inventory                    

  
  

• Supervising relevant loading activities of Finished Goods (AMC )

  
  

• Preparation of dispatch Packing List for Domestic and Export..

  
  

• Supervising container stuffing/Vehicle loading as per packing list.

  
  

• Follow the System guidelines in order to ensure compliance as Standard operating procedure.

  
  

• Undertake any adhoc responsibility assigned by HOD as & when required

  
  

• To strictly follow safety standards.

  
  

Education & Experience required :

• Any graduate with minimum 3-5 years of relevant expereince in the chemical manufacturing setup.

  
  

• Good understanding of transportation logistics and delivery processes.

  
  

• Proven experience as a Dispatch Executive or similar role.
