Job Description

7-10 years of Implementation, Development, Upgrades, Orchestration, and Integration experience in building solutions on ServiceNow Discovery.


• Experience in designing and implementing complex, multi-tier, multi-tenant, end-to-end solutions in a high availability environment.


• Very good implementation & development knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Certificate Management, AI OPS.


Additional tools like HP uCMDB or BMC ADDM is a big plus.


• Candidate must have knowledge of Data Center Infrastructure components (Servers, Middleware, Databases, Networks and its interconnections)
• Having Javascript hands on experience is a plus
• Integration and related API’s such as REST, JDBC


• Good to have knowledge and / or working experience of Cloud technologies primarily AWS, GCP


  • Design, implement, and manage automated provisioning and life cycle management of application (MidServer) on Kubernetes clusters across multiple environments (development, testing, production, backup / DR ).
  • Architect and deploy containerized applications using Kubernetes best practices, including container orchestration, networking, security, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand application requirements and provide guidance on Kubernetes adoption, deployment strategies, and optimization.

• Proven success on projects with large-scale deployments; understanding of infra domain life-cycle management.


• Ability to develop high level design documents addressing the business, infrastructure, security, support, and operational needs of a solution.


• Good knowledge of multi data center deployment solutions with disaster recovery procedures and high availability at every layer (network, web servers, middleware and database/storage)


• Technical knowledge of the following areas: Java, HTML, LDAP/Active Directory, networking and database administration


• Working knowledge of configuration management tools, methods, and processes


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including polished presentation skills with the ability to deliver technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and understandable manner.


• Provide excellent customer service, team collaboration, communication, problem solving and decision-making
