Job Description

We are seeking a Director, Enterprise Services who will be accountable for overseeing the delivery across multiple IT Enterprise Services through the management of service and engineering teams and contributing to the technical direction of the organization. This role will be responsible for developing strategies, building technical architecture, service development roadmap working in alignment with IT Service Owners to deliver product lifecycle driving customer solutions, developing the technical road map, managing budgetary decisions, and driving innovation.


About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 15 Years of Relevant Experience
  • Proven experience planning, executing, and delivering software development projects. Accountability for delivery of projects and programs on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Proven experience managing large offshore teams with expertise in delivering key enterprise services like ERP, CRM, Data & Analytics etc.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with senior technology leadership and key product stakeholders to provide updates on project status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Strong leadership skills to foster a culture of innovation within the technology team, continuously exploring new technologies, methodologies, and approaches to drive business growth and competitive advantage.
  • Proven ability to partner with onshore IT product teams and business stakeholders to gather inputs and align technology initiatives with product roadmaps and strategic objectives.
  • Proven ability to lead and facilitate communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including ERP, CRM, dev ops, MDM, infrastructure, and other departments, to ensure alignment and smooth execution of technology initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of lead to cash processes, customer lifecycle, and back-office finance functions.

What will you be doing in this role?


  • Direct and lead the activities of teams across multiple enterprise services like sales & service, ERP/Finance, data & analytics etc.
  • Define and communicate strategic initiatives at the department-level and provide input on strategic initiatives for the organization.
  • Lead and direct the work of multiple enterprise services delivery to achieve objectives with significant contribution towards the achievement of short-term and mid-term results for the enterprise services organization.
  • Create and drive a clear vision for the department, planning for the long-term success of the organization.
  • Influence diverse stakeholder groups and drive acceptance of policies, practices and procedures within broader area of responsibility.
  • Lead new initiative/project estimation process, while also providing oversight and ETC for ongoing enterprise service projects within a quarter, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure timely delivery.
  • Work with the enterprise services team to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements within existing systems and processes, working closely with teams to implement solutions that drive cost savings and enhance performance.
  • Proactively identify and address bottlenecks in the development process, working collaboratively with teams to overcome obstacles and maintain project momentum.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings through technology optimization, vendor negotiations, and process improvements, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
  • Lead and manage annual processes to support team management, evaluation, technical capabilities, and provide colleague feedback.
  • Collaborate and partner closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver impactful software solutions.
  • Lead identification and management/mitigation of potential risks and issues related to software development projects.
  • Management, guidance and direction of a large team that manages critical enterprise services and delivers robust and scalable solutions.
  • Focus on quality standards and regulatory requirements through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.
  • Partner and collaborate with onshore IT Service Owners and key business stakeholders to understand requirements and lead the development of tailored solutions that drive business outcomes.

Hours of Work


  • Full time, permanent
  • Hybrid working model on-site up to 3 days/week
  • Working core business hours to support EU and US (central time zone), with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.
