Learn more at experianplc.com.Job DescriptionJob descriptionCore responsibilities • Identify and execute projects that align with strategic business objectives, either independently or as part of a team. Conduct assessments and analytical studies to uncover productivity opportunities in imperfect data environments. • Develop, manage, and implement continuous improvement strategies, driving initiatives to completion. • Lead and participate in Rapid Improvement events to deliver quick wins and sustainable results. • Drive change across diverse cultural contexts, integrating solutions across multiple business functions and geographies. • Design, improve, and standardize internal process plans, focusing on operational excellence in heavily regulated environments. • Present business requirements for technology implementations based on deep process knowledge, ensuring alignment with business needs. • Support the deployment of automation technologies (e.g., RPA, AI) in collaboration with technology teams, driving innovation in business processes. • Report on program status, metrics, and outcomes while actively engaging with Regional and Global Productivity teams on enhancing the EmPower program. • Deliver training and provide coaching for Lean Six Sigma belts, guiding them to achieve certification. What would success in the role look like? • Effective delivery of impactful projects that advance strategic goals, including the adoption of innovative technologies and the standardization of best practices across business units. • A successful candidate will demonstrate mastery of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, providing measurable improvements in efficiency, cost savings, and process quality. • Clear communication and engagement with stakeholders will ensure alignment with business objectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.QualificationsQualificationsMinimum of 5+ years in service/technology industries.4+ years as a Black Belt with hands-on Lean expertise.Engineering or Related Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Industrial Engineer or equivalent).The ideal candidate should have expertise in advanced data analytics, technology integration, and smart automation, including RPA and AI.A background in Operations, back-office functions, or software development is highly valued, along with experience in regulated environments. • Language proficiency: English (required).Proven success in partnering with operations in driving business performance gainsProficient in executive-level presentations, training, and coaching, with demonstrated success in driving transformation initiatives.Demonstrated ability to transform an organization’s culture through process and metrics-driven performance.Ability to work across various cultures – adaptable, respectful of differences.Advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills, advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot.t tables, charting), and SigmaXL/Minitab for statistical measurement.Must be able to clear the company’s pre-employment screening.Additional InformationOur uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
