As a senior member of the Value-Added Services division within the Issuing Solutions Product organization, this role will be responsible for
the ongoing product development and expansion of the Visa Campaign Solutions (VCS) product which powers personalized cardholder
communications, marketing campaigns and reward programs for both Visa and our card issuer clients globally. This role involves
spearheading the development of new features, improving existing ones, and ensuring the overall functionality of the product.

Basic Qualifications:
1. Minimum 15-20+ years of work experience in product management with a Bachelor’s degree or minimum 14-16 years with an Advanced Degree.
2. Strong leadership, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
3. Ability to work as an independent contributor in addition to managing a team.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, PowerPoint, tools like Jira/Rally
5. Expert knowledge of payments, Marketing/Campaigns Applications and best practices in campaigns, consumer engagement, card issuing and lifecycle.
6. Excellent attention to detail.
7. Strong project and stakeholder management skills
8. High level of comfort with data, files, and technical communication.
9. Collaborative working style.
10. Experience in Agile development
11. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and ensure team collaboration.
12. Risk Management: Ability to identify potential risks and devise strategies to mitigate them
13. Ability to work independently, and with broad instructions.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. 15-20+ years payments, card issuing or B2C or B2B2C marketing operations experience.
2. Ability to synthesize complex ideas and passion for developing clear, effective, and compelling presentations.
3. Excellent data and analytical skills, working knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and MicroStrategy or Tableau is preferred.
4. Deep understanding of marketing and consumer engagement automation technology.
5. Motivated to understand the evolving industry context and Visa.
6. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and foresee market trends and customer needs.
7. Adaptable to different work and projects.
8. Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact with and influence decision-makers at all levels.
9. Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of international software regulations and compliance standards.
10. International Experience: Proven experience working in an international setting and managing products across different markets.
11. Familiarity with global market trends and customer needs.
12. Multicultural Competence: Ability to work with diverse teams and understand cultural nuances. Experience in building products for different cultural contexts.
13. Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of the latest technologies and how they can be leveraged to improve the product. This includes AI, machine learning, big data, and cloud computing.
14. Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in leading teams and in leading cross-functional teams to drive product development and management.
