Director - Process Mining Analyst (Corporate Enterprise Services)

We're seeking someone to join our team as a Director within the Technology, Transformation, Innovation & Analytics (TTIA) team to help drive the process mining and automation implementations that will cater to the process optimization and efficiency initiatives across the function. In the Corporate Services division, we provide solutions that enable Morgan Stanley's workforce, across our global workplace locations, to effectively and efficiently work in the service of our clients. The TTIA group supports CS business units by promoting & leveraging digital transformation and automation in support of advanced analytics and improved efficiencies. We enable this by catering to business requirements across domains like - 1. Technology Governance, 2. Data Governance, 3. Business Intelligence, 4. Data Science, ML & AI, 5. Tech Transformation PMO, and 6. Process Optimization. What you'll do in the role: Process Optimization Strong analytical background, a deep understanding of business processes, the ability to identify opportunities to streamline key processes, and execute on implementing automation. Fully comprehend and document critical processes through end-to-end process mapping Enhance process efficiency by automating key tasks, workflows or entire processes using automation tools. Implement frameworks to quantitatively measure the impact of your process improvements and automations and track efficiency gains. Technical Data Expertise Understanding of relational databases Ability to Query and read the data across multiple databases and platforms. Understanding of languages such as Python, Java, SQL, etc. Must Haves (Expert level): Excel, SQL, UI Path / Power Automate or similar tools. Good to Have (Intermediate level): Celonis, VBA Macros, Full stack developer (Python, Java & C), Data Governance/ Data Quality. Experience on Data Science/ AI/ ML / Predictive Analytics
