About the role


Functional Leader for Asset Finance India PS team with strong Practice management experience


What you will be doing


  • Growing the maturity and delivery capability of the India PS team of an Industry leading FIS solution


  • Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, regional PS leads and the global L7 leader for Asset Finance on - demos to prospects, review current demand & pipeline, capacity model, budget and forecasting


  • Take ownership of client escalations and be the regional POC for APAC and Middle east


  • Bring innovative approach to accelerate project delivery and identify efficiency opportunities.


  • Engage with global PS leaders and cross functional teams to drive value for client and FIS


  • Manage consulting Practice to ensure projects meet customer needs, business requirements and future business growth objectives as well supporting overall FIS objectives and revenue and profitability goals,


  • Ensure Practice provides industry thought leadership, accountability and responsibility towards the successful delivery of our Asset Finance projects, services and solutions to our clients across region,


  • Hiring and mentoring talent. Grow the functional SME capabilities of the team with targeted hiring from competition


  • Timely escalation of potential 'red flags'


  • Manage key FIS channel relationships such as sales /pre-sales, product management, business unit management and others ensuring continued collaboration to drive results for Practice.


  • Provide direct sales support throughout entire sales cycle working closely with sales and account management to create and close opportunities including proposal/statement of work development, negotiating pricing, project planning and giving prospect presentations.


  • Contribute to delivering services and projects within the constraints set by the contract, work with other members of Implementations/Conversions management team to establish division, remains abreast of industry trends and technology standards


What you will bring


  • 18 + years of experience in Professional Services – Implementation of Products in the Auto & Leasing Finance domain providing consulting & advisory services for Global clients


  • Minimum 15 + years of practical experience in End-to-end engagement including scoping and analyzing clients’ needs, defining and designing solutions based on specific client needs, converging on the target solution in agreement with the client as well as supervising (if not directly contributing to) implementation, testing and post go live support


  • Hands on experience in supporting Sales, Pre-Sales engagements including commercials,


  • Experience of handling P & L of 10 M + with strong experience in budget &, forecasting


  • Strong experience of having set up global PS teams and build talent with focus on functional skills


  • Experience of presenting to C-Suite Executives,


  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience


  • Leadership, management, organizational, and team building skills


  • Ability to build relationships with C-level management, peers and others


  • project management, productivity, planning, and workload management skills


  • Ability to identify, address and resolve employee related issues


  • Ability to work in an agile development environment where developers and testing personnel work closely together to ensure requirements are met or exceeded


  • Practical experience in one or more following fields is a big plus: Auto & Leasing, FinTech, Corporate Banking (in a medium to large corporation or software and service provider)


  • Speak and write fluently English (other languages are a plus)
