The PRA Director will serve as a strategic partner to:


  • Own the Pricing and the Access function for the affiliate across all therapeutic areas for pre- and post-commercialization assets. Develop and leverage alternative access programs to evolve the competencies of the team beyond traditional pricing mechanisms.
  • As Lead for alliances for the India domestic business, ensure effective alliance strategy execution and continuous performance evaluation, implementing necessary improvements to optimize outcomes. The ability to build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, manage multiple priorities, and drive strategic alignment is essential for this role.
  • Prepare for new product planning, including market analysis, competitive landscape assessment, and coordination with internal medical and marketing teams for upcoming launches. This involves developing comprehensive business cases, aligning with marketing and sales strategies, and ensuring regulatory requirements are met for smooth market entry.
  • Provide direct supervision to the Market Access and PRA team.
