Job Summary Our People Experience Partner (PXP) teams will strengthen employee purpose, ignite energy and elevate organization-wide performance by activating, facilitating & enhancing moments that matter. PXP teams will activate HR products and services that enrich the lives of JLL employees whilst working with Business and HR leaders to facilitate the employee experience by coaching managers on the moments that matter throughout the employee lifecycle. PXPs will use their Business acumen, HR expertise and local knowledge to enable Business, HR and Learning priorities. PXPs will deep dive, surface insights, and influence HR Service Delivery and HR, L&D/Talent COEs to improve and when required rebuild policies, processes, and tools that will enhance moments that matter unleashing our talents to do their best work. Key Accountabilities As a critical member of the People Experience team, you will support the execution of the People Strategy and delivery and promotion of best practices, learning & development programs, and operational excellence of HR & L&D programs across the business. You will be responsible for providing HR partnership and consultation to the business in support of key strategic HR initiatives, including supporting Senior People Experience Partners in the execution of the people strategy across the talent lifecycle.This position will also be responsible for working in close partnership with business & L&D COE in driving the Learning and Development (L&D) strategy and programs across the business in India, ensuring that it is aligned with and supports the business growth plans and objectives. You will be responsible for bringing to life the L&D programs, working with L&D COE and subject matter experts to build, deploy and track L&D material utilizing the Learning Management System platform to ensure maximum reach and impact across the business in India.Functional Knowledge: Act as local delivery experts of JLL’s global HR strategy, ensuring that local policies and practices are in line with the Global HR strategy. Support Senior PXPs in the execution of the overall people strategy and key HR initiatives across the business in IndiaPartner with Business to support a wide range of projects and programs across Learning & Development, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Compensation and Business PlanningProactively anticipate opportunities or issues and develop innovative solutions to address the opportunities at the root cause with intention to arrive at sustainable solutions. Enable an exceptional employee experience during moments that matter throughout the employee lifecycle e.g., onboarding, performance review, promotion, etc. Contribute towards a culture of inclusion which celebrates our employee diversity and promotes employee belonging. Provide consultation to business stakeholders through coaching, training and advisory support. Cultivate strong meaningful relationships with both local employees and People Partners to build trust as their primary touchpoint “on the ground”. Support the growth strategy of the business by providing strategic & tactical HR support across the employee lifecycleActively leverage the HR technology in order to drive value and resultBusiness Expertise: Experience of delivering HR and Operational activity within a complex organization with the ability to balance JLL and client needs. Highly skilled in utilizing data and technology to drive business performance and organization efficiency. Focus on Talent DevelopmentDevelop and deploy a coordinated consistent learning and development program incorporating the various regional, functional and business requirements aligned with business growth plansLead employee onboarding efforts in conjunction with business leaders. Develop and execute a structured induction plan (30/60/90 day plan) for Early Career Hires , Middle management , Senior management, foreign national hiresCreate structured career paths and align learning paths based on core competencies required for different levels in the hierarchyDesign and implement manager and leadership development programs via In-person/ virtual workshops across cities on skills such as delegation, coaching, feedback, performance management, difficult conversations, and manager check-ins.Explore and drive partnership with campus and external institutions for leadership development and elevating people manager capabilityDrive and track deployment and completion of critical learning & development/training programs across the business in IndiaSounds like you? to apply you need to have:Skills & Competencies Leadership & Interpersonal skillsSkilled facilitator, who can lead local and regional employee events, programs, etc. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively manage priorities.
