Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Occupier Sector Strategy:


  • Develop and execute a robust business development strategy to drive growth within the occupier sector, aligning with the company's strategic goals.
  • Identify emerging market trends, evolving client needs, and innovative solutions to effectively position our services and differentiate from competitors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate market insights into actionable strategies and initiatives, with the ultimate goal of maximizing revenue and market share.

Client Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential occupier clients, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the client journey.
  • Understand client objectives, challenges, and pain points, and offer tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Conduct regular meetings, presentations, negotiations, and manage contracts to ensure client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Business Development:


  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers within the occupier market, including corporate real estate executives, facility managers, and workplace strategists.
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and develop a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches that address client needs and differentiate our services.

Solutions and Service Enhancement:


  • Collaborate with product development and innovation teams to continually enhance and tailor our service offerings to meet the evolving needs of occupier clients.
  • Conceptualize and introduce new services, technologies, and approaches that align with industry trends and contribute to client success.
  • Conduct market research, analyze competitive landscape, and provide recommendations for enhancing our solutions portfolio.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:


  • Lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management to the team, enabling their professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, consultants, marketing, and operations, to maximize synergies, share best practices, and drive organizational success.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic leadership roles within the commercial real estate industry, with a focus on the occupier sector.
  • Strong understanding of the occupier market dynamics, project development services, and commercial real estate trends.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving business growth, meeting revenue targets, and cultivating client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective strategies.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and other relevant technology platforms.
  • Professional certifications related to business development, real estate, or project management would be advantageous.
