About the role: 


InMobi owns multiple business lines that include InMobi Advertising (B2B) and Glance (B2C). InMobi Advertising is an end-to-end programmatic advertising platform that includes a Demand Side Platform (DSP), InMobi Exchange and Supply Side Platform (SSP). InMobi Advertising also offers Go-To-Market (GTM) as a platform for advertising driven consumer platforms. Glance includes several owned & operated consumer digital properties that include its eponymous platform Glance for smartphones and Glance TV for connected TVs. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to expand InMobi's advertising business across platforms for markets in the Asia Pacific region. These markets are India, Southeast Asia, Greater China, Japan, Korea and Australia and New Zealand. In your role, you will be working closely with business leaders in the region and other markets. You will be part of the marketing leadership team at InMobi that includes marketing leaders from its advertising (InMobi Advertising) and consumer (Glance) businesses.


What you will own:


You will own the marketing strategy and execution in the region. Your target audience will be;


  • Brand marketers seeking performance marketing solutions 
  • Growth marketing teams at app companies 
  • Digital agencies looking for programmatic solutions 
  • Mobile app developers seeking monetization platforms 

As part of this you will:


  • Develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy targeting brands, agencies, app developers, and digital publishers 
  • Create targeted go-to-market plans for different APAC sub-regions (India, Southeast Asia, Greater China, Japan, Korea and Australia and New Zealand) based on relative market priorities and business needs. 
  • Build brand awareness and thought leadership in the AdTech and mobile monetization space You will drive content & thought leadership for the target audience in this market. 

You will:


  • Develop high-quality, region-specific content (whitepapers, research reports, case studies) 
  • Produce region-specific market insights and technology trend analyses 
  • Partner with product marketing team to create technical and strategic content that demonstrates InMobi's innovation and market leadership You will drive event & partnership marketing. In this role you will 
  • Lead participation in key industry events (AdTech conferences, digital marketing summits) 
  • Develop speaking opportunities and panel discussions 
  • Build strategic marketing partnerships with key industry players You will partner with central digital marketing and demand gen team to drive demand for InMobi’s offerings. You will 
  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns – paid and inorganic - to drive lead generation for advertising solutions 
  • Create targeted content and campaigns to meet marketing objectives 
  • Create personalized nurture tracks for different customer segments 
  • Establish and track key marketing performance indicators (MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates) 
  • Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis 
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously refine marketing strategy 

Who you are:


As the ideal candidate, you are a strategic thinker and an execution-focused marketer with a history of building brands and driving marketing-led growth for businesses. You should know the workings of technology and be comfortable synthesizing information from in-house research and writing, news coverage, financial reports and presentations from InMobi Group and other tech companies, and industry analyst reports. 


  • 10+ years of marketing experience in Ad-Tech, Mar-Tech, or digital advertising 
  • Proven track record of marketing leadership in APAC region, managing diverse teams and markets 
  • Deep understanding of mobile advertising, programmatic ecosystems and digital marketing platforms 
  • Expertise in B2B marketing strategies specifically marketing to brands, agencies, and app developers 
  • Cross-cultural communication skills, with strong presentation and storytelling abilities 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment 
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree; technical or business degree in marketing, communications, or related field
