Analog Devices is seeking Digital Design Director Verification Engineering, who will be responsible for Chiplead and design verification of highly integrated solutions and products in a multifunctional team. You will be working on driving real revenue growth on the next generation of Intelligence at the Edge products across multiple products and business units.

About the Role


As Chip lead and Design verification lead for SOC  one will be responsible for driving complex SOC project from architecture to Silicon. Will be working with product development team in defining the product concept, work with Architecture team to define hardware architecture, work with Design, verification, DFT and Physical design team for SOC development. Will also be responsible for driving all SOC development functions with Post Silicon, manufacturing, FPGA, Emulation and Software teams. Along with Chip lead responsibility candidate may have additional responsibility in leading  SOC design, IP Design, Design verification or Physical design teams.   The candidate will be responsible for formulating strategies, Define design / verification architecture, Flow, Methodology, DFT requirements, Physical design architecture and leading, driving and completing end to end SOC design of large integrated products. As a senior team member, it is expected that he/she will lead and influence verification methodologies within both DBU and ADI.   The candidate is also encouraged to participate in cross company technical initiatives as well as patent and publish work where possible.


Requirements


  • B.Tech/M.Tech with 12+ years of industry experience in Digital Pre Silicon design, Verification, DFT, Physical design or IP design
  • Experience in leading SOC design end to end as Chip lead
  • Good understanding of SOC/Subsystem design concepts and design architectures.
  • Experience in closing the verification of block, subsystem level verification using industry standard metrics like code and functional coverage is a must.
  • Experience in defining design requirement, Drive SOC design flows
  • Power aware design and verification with UPF, Power analysis and Power optimization
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, collaborate and influence innovative design development/verification methodologies to wider team spread across the globe.
  • Quick to adopt new technologies with good problem-solving skills.
