Role Overview:
 


The Director,EITLocal Site Lead, will be the driving force behind building a new strategic technology center for IT and our Enterprise IT organization. The role will be pivotal in establishing strategic technology partnerships to enhance our operational capabilities and drive innovation across various functions and divisions.
 


What will you do in this role:



  • Oversees the overall development and ongoing progression of the Enterprise IT division within the tech center, providing essential leadership in daily operations.



  • Oversee day-to-day operations at the site, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and support, while implementing best practices for performance monitoring, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.



  • Ensures effective implementation of the IT talent strategy within the Tech Center, builds external and internal network, recruits diverse talent, stays current with industry trends, and supports effective partnerships.



  • Facilitates effective communication among different functions, departments, and divisions; cultivates a robust network across divisions and tech centers to exchange expertise and contribute to the enterprise's digital strategy.



  • Collaborates closely with HR to promote swift success for the Tech Center; support and coordinate EIT technology center actions in response to employee engagement surveys to facilitate effective engagement.




  • Maintain a positive team spirit by organizing Team Lunch-and-Learn sessions, career development talks, social events, and community support activities, among others.



  • Remove barriers to completing team activities by creating connections and improving effectiveness.



What Should you have:



  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.



  • 10+ years of experience in technology partnership management, with a track record of successful leadership roles.



  • Strong understanding of technology center operations, IT talent management, and strategic planning.



  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.



  • Proven experience in budget management and identifying cost-saving opportunities.



  • Demonstrated ability to build effective networks and foster collaboration across various teams and departments.



  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented approach to decision-making.
