Job Description
We are Looking for a Director, Healthcare Research and Analysis role, Responsible for leading and coaching a large team to deliver strong results.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Graduate/Postgraduate with commensurate industry experience in Life science /Healthcare/Pharma is mandatory.
- At least 15 years of product management experience from Life science/Pharma Background with 5 years of managing a team.
- Knowledge and understanding of the principles, concepts, methods, and standards of research & analysis
- Ability to provide technical guidance and leadership to professional personnel in area of expertise.
- Ability to work with Leadership, content team and influence roadmap/strategy to align with current and future customer needs.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Drive vision, strategy, and P&L for the Business by leading a team of analyst, Managers etc
- Be the voice of your customers and users. Champion their needs both within and outside the organization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, clinical, regulatory, and IT departments.
- Form strong external relationships with the market, including existing and potential
partners - Stay updated with the latest advancements in healthcare research, Implement best practices and innovative methodologies in research projects.
- Demonstrate commitment to personal and professional development through trainings and/or unstructured sessions, as well as mentoring junior staff to assist in their growth
- Continuously evaluates teams’ customer service performance and suggests improvements.
- Executes department goals and creates and aligns people, processes and systems to produce optimal results.
- Supports leadership team in executing major initiatives.
- Identifies critical roles within the team and develops the skills in team members to fill future gaps.
- Proactively volunteers to lead special projects and initiatives within department or across the broader organization to drive business results.
About the Team
The Med tech Insights team Consists of 25 members & is an essential part of the broader Med tech team’s data-driven culture, and regularly contributes its subject matter expertise to other teams within the organization.
