Job Summary: 

The Director of Product Delivery will oversee the end-to-end delivery of our products to customers,  

ensuring high-quality execution, customer satisfaction, and effective project management. This  

role involves leading cross-functional teams, optimizing delivery processes, and maintaining a  

focus on achieving high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and ensuring excellence in delivery quality.

Education: 

Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field. 

Experience: 

• Must have experience in product delivery, project management, or a related  role, and leadership position. 

• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex products to  Customers. 

Skills & Competencies: 

• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate  teams. 

• Excellent project management skills, with experience in using project management tools  and methodologies. 

• Deep understanding of quality assurance principles and practices. 

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities. 

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 

• Customer-focused mindset with a track record of improving customer satisfaction. 

Technical Skills: 

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g. JIRA, Asana). 

• Familiarity with quality management tools and methodologies. 

• Knowledge of agile and lean principles is a plus
