We’re looking for candidates with a proven ability to implement initiatives and develop marketing strategy and analysis via insights and market data in the eCommerce space to make a global impact for some of the world's most recognized brands.
Focus, Scope, & Impact:
Domino’s is India’s biggest QSR brand and part of the Jubilant ecosystem, which also includes Dunkin Donuts, Hong’s Kitchen, and Popeyes, with nearly 2,200 outlets. The Business lead is responsible for implementing strategic priorities that will shape Jubilant's Coca-Cola beverage portfolio in India over the next few years.
The role requires close collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure business plan objectives are created and delivered culminating in annual revenue, profit and volume targets achieved across India. The role provides an opportunity to learn from a Global Community of experts (Global Customer and Commercial Leadership) and influence a diverse set of stakeholders – Customer Marketing, Supply Chain Teams, Coca-Cola Marketing (Coca-Cola Brand and IMX Teams), R&D, and Bottling Operations. This is essential to meet marketing, innovation and supply chain objectives.
The job reports to the Senior Director – On Premise.
Key Expectations / Deliverables:
Front facing Single point of contact for the Coca-Cola System to the Leadership of Jubilant business in India
Development and alignment of strategic business plan (long range and annual planning) that drives profitable NSR & volume growth for both the Coca-Cola System & the customer.
Manage Coca-Cola’s System P&L & deliver on Path to Profitability by driving efficiencies in DME/DFR & improving Product Mix.
Management of contractual Marketing funds & other contractual payouts to ensure business plan objectives are maximized.
Project management across internal & external cross-functional teams to ensure all customer agreed projects are delivered on time and within budget
Management of key routines with Customer including Annual JBP & Top to Top with Senior Leadership, QBR’s with Marketing, Supply Chain & Bottler teams & relevant customer franchisees
Partner with Brand Teams to prioritize, develop and execute customer first marketing programs
Bring in the “voice of the customer” - be the System expert on the customer, able to reflect a consumer as well as a System execution capability within the channel.
Ownership of customer metrics including compliance and fill rates + advanced analytics to drive category planning
Driving thought leadership on best-in-class execution by leveraging global and local best practices
Driving clarity on the consumer Revenue pools/ Targeting of newer occasions, shopper types, portfolio optimization & innovation
Customer Management - Display high levels of influencing, aligning & executing Customer plans through the “Collaborating for Value” Framework
Proven ability to drive impact and influence with a multiple hierarchy within both the Customer and Coca-Cola System across functions
Ability to generate & interpret relevant Consumer/ Shopper trends to drive Beverage Growth Agenda for Customer
Financial Analysis & Effective P&L & Budget control

Qualifications & Requirements
Overall 12+ Years of Experience
7+ years of total experience in customer management, operational / channel marketing
Brand and/or Digital marketing experience will be a bonus
Prior experience in Food Services Industry / CPG companies would be an advantage
Strong planning and collaboration skills
Strong customer understanding from an execution perspective
Ability to think from planning to execution
Desirable to have candidates with account management experience.
Communication Focus
Internal communication includes providing direction to marketing for communications needs for path to purchase activation.
External communication includes customer engagement, agency management
Influencing and negotiation skills are essential for these roles as they will influence acting on their strategies as well as securing investment for those to be implemented.
