The Account Director is responsible to ensure full understanding of the client’s needs, through effective relationship management. Promote and sponsor a culture of continuous improvement and best practice. Ensure appropriate relationships with suppliers and business partners. To manage the business proactively to ensure excellent service delivery. The role is accountable for the overall people health of the organization he/she is responsible for developing. As Account Director, he/she will lead the team to develop and set all account specific people management strategies for the team. Furthermore, the Account Director will ensure maximum performance of staff within the account through effective communication, recruitment, development and performance management processes. Together with the account team and client, the Account Director will establish annual Client Business Plans, set up and drive regular review meetings with the key client contacts. The Account Director is expected to enhance client and user satisfaction for the delivery of contracted facility management services for the client. Primary Responsibilities Account Management Job Requirements • Providing leadership to the operation team, ensuring overall operations management and service delivery to the client • Continually improve the coverall client satisfaction • Drive innovations & improvements program • Together with the functional leads, establish annual strategy plan for the account and drive implementation of the same • Monitor, track and ensure Minimum Account Deliverables are met as per the account plan • Participate in the regular forecasting sessions and budget reviews. • Be the escalation point for the client • Undertake client account related audits as required • Assist the team to prepare annual client property operating budgets. • Be responsible for the selection, recruitment and performance management of operations staff. • Complete succession plan for direct reports and ensure succession plans are in place, where appropriate, for all client service delivery staff. • Complete Individual Performance Management Plan (IPMP) or Performance Plans as appropriate for client service delivery staff. • Review and standardize Management Reports. 2 Education • Degree in Technical/Facilities/Business Administration/Management discipline or related studies • 10-15 years of experience in portfolio management, facilities management, project management, energy and sustainability, workplace utilization, and / or infrastructure progressive. A proven track record of providing strategic account management to large organization through matrix environment. • Experience managing large, multi-service contracts, with proven experience managing to contractually obligated terms and conditions. • Strong project management experience, with a proven track record of creating clear and attainable performance objectives, leveraging resources to develop competitive solutions for the customer. • Proven experience of implementing effective change management processes.Location: On-site –Mumbai, MHIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
