Your tasks and responsibilities:- You own and keep overview of digitalization activities at Advanced Therapies and ensure prioritization & focus of activities. You highlight inadequate or missing prioritization/ gaps to drive & orchestrate the implementation
- You would support definition of digitalization user needs and shaping of requirements
- You act as a go-to-person for all digitalization activities in Advanced Therapies. You ensure that dependencies between activities are understood and activities are prioritized for implementation
- You contribute actively to make digitalization topics known across Advanced Therapies through continuous communication and refine the aspirational North Star and Digitalization Strategy
- You are responsible for analyzing markets and industry trends with key stakeholders (e.g., AT ST, AT MSC, AT PPM, AT R&D, AT IN, CS AT, DI D&A, SHS TE), and you work with your counterparts in Clinical Segments to analyze our competitors around digitalization topics
- You act as the key interface and connect the dots between activities and be the interface to other SHS Business Areas & SHS TE
- You continuously validate & adapt individual digitalization activities with relevant stakeholders
- Through contact with customers and internal stakeholders, you ensure that digitalization needs are integrated into AT roadmaps and solutions
- For Digitalization topics, you participate in SHS AT Management meetings or steering meetings and present decision proposals or progress updates.
- Temporary delegation to Germany (Forchheim) at the beginning of role employment

Your qualifications and experience:- You have a Master's degree in a scientific/technical or business administration field or in medicine
- You have many years of professional experience in one or more of the areas of portfolio management, product management, strategic project management, digital strategy development
- You have Technical & digital expertise to drive discussions around digitalization
- Ideally you have knowledge of medical devices (angiography solutions) and their clinical application (angiography, image-guided minimally invasive therapy)
- You have business knowledge and experience in analyzing business cases
- You have experience in PLM processes and/or consulting experience in Med Tech, preferably in Advanced Therapies domain
- You have experience in project management like stakeholder management, reporting risk & opportunity management, workshop execution etc.

- You exhibit strong communication, managerial skills & moderation skills to address different stakeholder levels & to bring various interests together. You propose “what can be done?” rather than asking “what can be done?”

- National and international business trips are a welcome change for you (approx. 15% per year) in order to build and maintain a trusting relationship with our customers and internal stakeholders
