What You will do  


  • Analyze new and existing customers KPI performance and develop Back office/ Contact center improvement plans
  • Collate content for inclusion in various reports
  • Create & publish combination of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports
  • Appropriate and timely engagement with the respective Client Service Manager regarding any aspect of service management reporting
  • Responsible for successful delivery of contact center improvement recommendations resulting in highly satisfied, referenceable clients  
  • Work with cross functional teams to understand the data extracted from different applications
  • Create reports/dashboards on Excel/Power BI/Tableau
  • Extract/Transform/Load data from large scale databases or information systems to create custom datasets or models.
  • Analyze and summarize data into graphs, charts, plots and reports for management use in support of call center operational and business objectives.
  • Provide recommendations for improvement and written documentation that relates to analysis of data.
  • Research data anomalies and issues.
  • Create tables, figures, listings, or other references for use in reports and presentations of analysis.
  • Documents the Key Business challenge & articulate problems to the implementation team

Primary Skill


  • Excellent written and oral communication skills including an ability to communicate with all cross functional teams (technical and business)
  • Good Proficiency with Office 365 applications (i.e., Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Good understanding of Operational KPIs (Voice & Data)
  • Experience with data visualization using different visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau etc)
  • Strong Knowledge of SQL, stored procedures, Functions, Trigger etc.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to balance competing priorities
  • Deployment and implementation of digital transformation tools and technologies
