With over 22,700 associates, it’s the largest softWARE DEvelopment center of Bosch, outside Germany, indicating that it is the Technology Powerhouse of Bosch in India with a global footprint and presence in the US, Europe and the Asia Pacific region.Job DescriptionUnderstand client problem statements, define learning objectives, and recommend training strategies to achieve learning outcomes.Implement ID frameworks such as ADDIE process and execute ID pedagogy, ID principles, and ID tools.Design and develop instructor-led training (ILT), online training (WBT and VILT), blended training, or micro-learning as determined from the needs assessment and content analysis. Independently develop L1 and L2 training courses.Act as a key member of the team, along with Project Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and others in determining the needs of the course, the overall instructional flow of a program, and the appropriate method of deliveryInteract with other project teams to ensure consistency of deliverables.Experience in Instructional Design and eLearning Development projects.Experience in solutioning and creating instructional content, storyboards, and engaging training content.Excellent written and verbal English language skills.Ability to work in a team-based environment and as an individual contributor or specialist.Ability to work effectively with subject matter experts to conduct research and resolve issues.Tool Knowledge:-Mandatory hands-on experience in Articulate 360, Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPointWorking Knowledge on Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Captivate, iSpringQualificationsGraduation in Education, Training, HR, Instructional Design or related studyAdditional Information4-5 years relevant experience in Instructional Design and eLearning Development projects.
