We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Digital Product Manager who can roll up their sleeves and make an impact within our fast-growing digital team. This role will report to the Product and Program Manager for Quality and Health, Safety & Environment with stretch responsibilities for implementation of a new Artwork Management System and will manage Artwork and Packaging solutions in our Manufacturing and Supply Digital Product Portfolio.  These solutions cover diverse domains including: Packaging, Artwork, Brand Management, Regulatory, Health, Safety & Environment.
This role will provide you with the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
Responsibilities:


  • Product Roadmap Execution: Craft and execute a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements, in alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, and successful delivery of high-quality digital product releases. Serve as Go/No Go decision maker on product releases.
  • Understand customer needs and pain points through research, user feedback, and data analysis. Translate these insights into actionable product requirements and features.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams, including marketing, creative agencies, and outsourced vendors, to ensure alignment on product goals and to drive product adoption. Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries.
  • Use analytics and metrics to measure product performance and user engagement. Continuously optimize the product based on data insights and user feedback.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Prioritize product features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business impact, technical feasibility, and customer value. Manage the product backlog and ensure clarity and alignment on priorities.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and signoff of product deliverables.
  • Develop communication material, value propositions and high-level strategic justification to help explain the why of the product to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital product management, design systems, web technology, and user experience. Apply this knowledge to drive product innovation and competitive differentiation.
  • Support the lifecycle of the product, in collaboration with our global support services and the editor (incident escalation, evolutive and corrective maintenance).
  • Support product deployments across multiple sites and markets.
  • Ensure system Operations with our Run – Support Partners.
  • Have a good understanding of the technology specific to commercial print and manufacturing.
  • Manage the vendor, licencing, and contracts.
     

Why You?
Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, Design, Marketing, or Business.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Front-end Developer, or UX Designer
  • Experience creating, executing and evolving a digital product roadmap.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools such as JIRA or Aha!
  • Experience with software products used for design, packaging definition and/or product life cycle management
  • Knowledge of SAP EHS and/or SAP Product Formulation or other PLM solutions designed for the food and beverage, consumer goods, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics industries.
  • Experience defining and tracking success metrics and using data tools for support analysis.
  • Experience working in a Pharmaceutical or Fast Moving Consumer Goods Manufacturer.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as EU Annex 11 and 21 CFR PART 11
     

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experienced in advocating for the needs of your customers and users, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with enterprise, multi-brand design systems.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with building digital products involving regulatory requirements, and adept at working with legal, compliance and regulatory teams towards shared outcomes.
  • Experience working in a multi-vendor environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools
  • Familiarity with content management systems
  • Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and driving continuous improvement.
