We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Digital platforms operation manager
In this role you will:
- Support day to day operations of digital platforms, identifying opportunities to innovate and improve efficiency/effectiveness
- Collaborate with IT to ensure platform reliability and scalability
- Track and manage Non-Functional requirements of the platforms
- Track and manage platform technical debt ensuring that legacy systems are demised and KTLO standards are maintained
- Manage specific MSII and audit findings to ensure the platforms maintain the highest operational standards
- Work with 2LOD and Audit to manage platform level risks and issues
- Support development and execution of the digital platform strategy aligned with wider Goals
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
- Embrace innovative approaches to operations, where appropriate and challenge where necessary to ensure best overall outcomes.
- Build trusted relationships; influence and manage global/regional stakeholders to support the business to achieve the strategy.
- Building self-knowledge across a number of different businesses and functions and bringing different parts of the organisation together to deliver strategy
