The Position

Digital (MuleSoft) Integration Operational Support Lead


Job Profile Summary


The Digital Integration Operational Support Lead is responsible for managing the daily operations of digital integration within the organization. This role ensures seamless integration of digital systems and platforms, supporting business goals and operational efficiency. The Lead collaborates with API-led Product teams, including Product Managers, Product Owners, Platform Architects, and Engineers, and leads a team of integration specialists to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes.
This role is ideal for a leader with a passion for technology, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.


Main Accountabilities:


  • Operational Oversight: 


    • Manage daily digital integration operations, ensuring systems run smoothly and efficiently. 


    • Monitor performance, swiftly addressing issues and ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.


  • Team Leadership: 


    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of integration specialists. 


    • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful deployments and incident resolutions.


  • Project Management: 


    • Plan and manage operational projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery. 


    • Keep stakeholders informed on progress and solutions.


  • System & Process Improvement: 


    • Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements in collaboration with API-led Product teams.


    • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all integration processes.


  • Support & Troubleshooting: 


    • Provide technical support, swiftly resolving integration issues to minimize business disruption. 


    • Analyze and resolve integration failures, working with relevant teams to implement solutions.


  • Vendor Management: 


    • Manage third-party vendor relationships, ensuring service levels are met.


    • Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms for the organization.


Key Requirements:


  • Experience:  


    • 8+ years in digital integration or IT operations. 


    • Proven experience with Mulesoft and leading operational teams.


  • Skills: 


    • Strong operational management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.


    • Proficiency in integration tools and cloud-based services. 


    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.


  • Certifications:


    • ITSM Certification  Integration Fundamental Mulesoft Platform Architect Certification (preferred)
