Job Description
The Digital Media Manager will lead the digital marketing efforts for the company’s edible oil B2C brand. This role involves developing and executing data-driven strategies to enhance brand visibility, foster consumer engagement, and drive both online and offline sales.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to design high-impact campaigns, optimize digital channels, and ensure consistent brand messaging. Combining creative vision with analytical expertise, the Digital Media Manager will deliver marketing solutions that resonate with the target audience and align with the organization’s business objectives.
Digital Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to build brand awareness and drive consumer engagement across general trade, modern trade, and e-commerce channels.
- Identify key digital trends, platforms, and tools to stay ahead of the competition and maximize ROI.
Content Marketing and Social Media Management
- Design, build and maintain social media presence, across social media channels, in line with the strategy.
- Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
- Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging content across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality, visually appealing content.
E-commerce Growth
- Work closely with the e-commerce team to drive product visibility, ratings, and reviews on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
- Develop promotional strategies tailored to e-commerce channels, such as discounts, campaigns, and product bundling.
Performance Marketing, Analytics & Research
- Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other analytics platforms.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, website traffic, social media metrics, and ROI.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend actionable strategies and optimize future campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience.
- Work closely with digital marketing agencies & other vendors to ensure seamless execution of brand campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in the digital marketing space to enhance campaign outcomes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in a Digital Marketing role within a B2C environment, preferably in FMCG.
Additional Information
- Experience managing relationships with marketing agencies and overseeing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
- Proficiency in web analytics tools.
- Exceptional analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
