Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote the hotel’s brand, services, and special offers across digital platforms.
  • Manage and optimize the hotel’s online presence, including social media channels, website, and third-party listings.
  • Lead the creation and execution of online advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, using tools like Google Analytics to measure ROI and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with the design and content teams to create engaging and effective marketing materials such as graphics, videos, and blog posts.
  • Collaborate with the hotel’s sales and operations teams to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives and sales goals.
  • Conduct regular SEO audits and optimize the website to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns to engage with past and potential guests, including newsletters, promotions, and loyalty programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and hotel industry marketing.
  • Handle online reputation management, including responding to customer reviews and queries on platforms like TripAdvisor, Google, and social media.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role for 4-5 years, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of online marketing tools, strategies, and best practices, including paid advertising, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
Skills Required:
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Good project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
