About the Role:


  • The incumbent is responsible for formulating and developing Digital Marketing deliverables that support marketing programs/campaigns as well as the business’s overall objectives. He/she should be able to design, build and maintain the organic presence of all RPCI’s brands online.
  • The incumbent will report to the Chief Marketing Officer - India. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves working with the possible stakeholders across India.

Job Responsibilities:


Maintaining and developing the organic presence of all of RPCI’s brands online (RPCI, PCI and Initial Hygiene)


  • Hands-on experience in developing and implementing SEO/E-commerce strategy and plans to achieve revenue and lead targets.
  • Work with the digital agency on SEO, local SEO, off-page SEO and YouTube SEO initiatives
  • Work with the Agency on Local Listing Optimization i.e. GMB, Online directories
  • Coordinating with the Global and Asia Regional Web/Search Marketing teams for website content, redesign, and CMS migration projects.
  • Preparation of annual, quarterly and monthly SEO Plans 
  • Working closely with the SSD, PSD and Initial Hygiene Marketing Managers to ensure improvement in organic search metrics for the respective websites 
  • Coordinate with Content teams on web content and blog development.
  1. Designing and managing digital campaigns
  • Plan and execute Search (SEM), Display (GDN) and Video (largely YouTube), other display advertising and Social Media Marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with the digital agency to deliver monthly campaigns optimized to generate the maximum number of enquiries & leads
  • Develop and monitor the Digital Marketing Budgets
  • Optimize campaigns in a way to generates a reliable customer funnel
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
  • Plan and run Email marketing campaigns via Hubspot
  • Responsible for regular technical audits with the agency
  • Proficient in handling agencies and vendors as per the business requirements 

2.Manage Affiliate e-commerce sites and direct conversion landing pages


  • Manage the listing of PSD products on Amazon, Flipkart and other e-commerce sites
  • Run campaigns to improve the visibility of our products on these e-commerce platforms 
  • Generate additional revenue via these campaigns
  1. Reporting and evaluation
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all Digital Marketing Campaigns and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Manage and analyze customer data for direct marketing initiatives e.g. Hubspot
  • Keeping up to date with all industry updates i.e. Google App updates, Social Media updates etc.

Competencies (Skills essential to the role):


  • Expert in Search Marketing, especially in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • SEO, Technical SEO, Off Page SEO, Local SEO/GMB, Website tracking/measurement, Google Tag Manager, Youtube SEO, Google Search Console, Google Trends etc.
  • Able to develop clear SEO plans and execute them
  • Expertise in developing, implementing and optimizing Digital Marketing strategies and campaigns - SEM, Video, Email Marketing, Display campaigns etc. 
  • Experience in/certified in Google Analytics, Ads, GMB/local SEO, Hubspot, Call tracking software, Chatbot, Google Data studio
  • Strong research, analytical and reporting skills 
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to understand website structures, codes/snippets
