Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and drive traffic to our website and other digital platforms.

We accept candidates from other countries to work remotely; however, for Indian candidates, this role requires working from our office in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and compelling content for our website, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Analyze and Optimize: Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate and nurture leads.
  • Email Marketing: Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products/services and engage with the audience.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the digital marketing budget and allocate funds efficiently to achieve the best ROI.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, and management to ensure a unified approach to marketing efforts.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and incorporate them into our strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Excellent in English language, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
