The charter for this role will include:
Creating, managing, and optimising Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
Monitoring campaign performance, analysing data, and adjusting strategies to maximise ROI.
Conducting A/B testing for ads and landing pages to improve campaign results.
Collaborating with the creative and content teams to ensure ads align with brand messaging and goals.
Utilising tools like Google Sheets/Excel to manage data and provide insights on campaign performance.
Ideal Persona would:
Have a bachelor’s degree in any field from a reputed university.
Bring 1-2 years of hands-on experience in managing paid media campaigns, particularly on Google Ads and Facebook Ads, with a monthly budget of ₹10 Lakhs or more.
Be proficient in using Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP).
Leverage AI tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT, and Perplexity to enhance ad strategies and creative direction.
Possess strong problem-solving skills to address campaign challenges and improve execution.
