The Opportunity:
Avantor is looking for an Analyst for Digital Marketing Team. He/She should be responsible to work under close supervision, assist in the development and coordination of marketing communications. Support day-to-day organizational activities that deal with publishing and communication to and from the company. Process departmental documentation as needed. Write creative briefs. Manage content in social media websites and sort through physical and digital responses to their organization.
What we’re looking for
Experience: 2-4 years of work experience.
Preferred Qualification:
Knowledge of HTML, CCS5, Bootstrap, PHP, Jquery and Adobe application.
OpenText and Marketo added value.
How you will thrive and create an impact:
Design digital marketing campaigns to effectively promote companies, products, ideas, or brands based on the desires of the Stakeholders.
Work with Commercialization team, content team and Project managers in creating email marketing strategy and process
Build, manage, deploy, and analyze email campaigns; Monitor email deliverability and provide knowledge of best practices to the marketing team
Partner with the marketing data technologies to define target list segmentation for campaigns
Provide email best practices and continuously propose test strategies for new campaigns
Drive testing and optimization plans - from A/B testing content/creative/CTAs, to optimizing lead gen form flows in order to improve customer experience.
Create detailed reports, outlining the timetables and schedules for email campaigns
Create web pages using Open text CMS, and customize HTML/CSS code as needed and optimize user experience
Edit optimized web-ready digital graphics by compositing, masking, sharpening, resizing, etc.
Ability to adopt the latest technologies and implement the same on projects.
Development of websites as per the requirement by coordinating with designer and Tech team.
Apply digital experience best practices and latest innovations to deliver a best-in-class web experience to customers and requests coming from multi-channels
Ensure high throughput of quality emails and web pages.
