Position Summary: We are seeking a Digital Tech Expert to join our Digital Technology Messaging and Collaboration team. This role will lead innovation and efficiency focusing on end user experience related to products and services including Email (Microsoft Exchange), Messaging security, Microsoft Office 365, and other collaboration solutions globally. The candidate will possess strong customer orientated focus alongside technical product management skills with the ability to partner closely with customers to provide value-driven outcomes. Data analytic capabilities alongside technical skills to deliver process optimization and automated solutions providing efficiency across the domain are key to the success of this candidate.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead team alignment with key digital objectives for Process optimization and Automation across all Messaging and Collaboration products. Interact with all areas and levels of Sanofi Business units to provide value-driven guidance and support on Messaging and Collaboration focused Products. Proactively focus on product and service improvement and optimization, identifying key areas for enhancement across Operations, Support, Engineering, and Architecture. Align solutions with customer needs and expectations, focusing on security, reliability, and process improvement (Automation). Manage and coordinate complex digital-related issues from identification to resolution, partnering with key areas of the Sanofi organization. Facilitate ongoing interactions with operational teams, providing guidance and support where required. Apply strong troubleshooting expertise to identify and resolve escalated issues. Manage vendor and third-party relationships. Develop documentation for detailed technology implementations. Create policies and standards to implement best practices. Lead and inspire cross-functional teams with the ability to clearly collaborate and communicate across all levels of the organization.


Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.


  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing enterprise-level solutions
