Your Role and Responsibilities


  • Content Localization and Roll-Out: Localize and deploy website content across 45-50 markets based on English master content.
  • Ensure content is culturally relevant and appropriately localized for each market.
  • Content Calendar Management: Maintain a detailed content calendar for publishing schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate content releases.
  • Quality Assurance and Testing: Conduct QA and testing of new content and feature localizations, including campaigns and ongoing website updates.
  • Identify and resolve any localization issues to maintain high standards of content quality.
  • Training and Support:
    • Provide training for markets on CMS and localization tools, including Story block and user rights management.
    • Support daily troubleshooting requests from various markets, ensuring quick and efficient resolution of issues.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant coursework and certifications in digital marketing, content creation, SEO, graphic design, and multimedia production
  • 3-5 years of experience in content creation and digital strategy.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and multimedia content creation software.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
