The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
At Solventum, we’re committed to leveraging data to deliver superior digital experiences. We are looking for a technically skilled Digital Analytics Specialist to manage Adobe Launch implementations and provide hands-on support for both our .com and eCommerce platforms. This role will also involve working with tools like ContentSquare to optimize performance and drive data insights.



As a Digital Analytics Specialist, you will:


·       Implement and configure tracking solutions using Adobe Launch for both .com and eCommerce experiences.


·       Collaborate with development and marketing teams to ensure proper tagging, data layers, and event tracking are implemented across digital platforms.


·       Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to tags, data discrepancies, and integrations.


·       Leverage ContentSquare and other analytics tools to optimize the digital user experience and drive performance improvements.


·       Work hands-on with JavaScript, HTML, and other front-end technologies to implement and validate tags and tracking solutions.


·       Conduct thorough QA of tagging implementations, ensuring data accuracy and reliability across all digital touchpoints.


·       Generate and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights into digital performance, user behavior, and site optimization opportunities.


·       Ensure compliance with data privacy standards and best practices for tracking and data collection.


Skills and Expertise
To succeed in this role, you need:


·       2-3 years of experience with Adobe Launch, including hands-on tag implementation and configuration.


·       Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and other front-end technologies for implementing and troubleshooting tracking tags.


·       Experience with ContentSquare or similar user experience analytics tools.


·       Strong knowledge of web analytics, data layers, and tag management systems (TMS).


·       Experience working with digital marketing and eCommerce platforms, particularly related to tracking and data collection.


·       Proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar web analytics platforms.


·       Strong technical problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve tracking issues.


·       Familiarity with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on tracking and data collection.
