Job Description
DGM - Education and Training (International Program) – IB DP & MYP needed in an Education Group in Gurgaon.
Salary - 25 lpa
Joining - At the earliest.
Role Purpose -
To develop, review and implement the curriculum of the DP & MYP for the International Program.
To research and develop documentation and intellectual property for owned schools and International Consultancy Projects.
Key Areas -
Curriculum Development
Customized training programs / Training & Development.
Documentation of systems as per design brief.
School Co-ordination
Create and maintain quality parameters.
Skills and Competencies -
Strong understanding of best practices in DP & Middle-school education
Clear understanding of pedagogic language and structure.
Research, collation and customization of data for a variety of DP & Middle School education-based deliverables.
Effective and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) that are modified to suit different audience groups
Presentation capabilities, both ICT and non ICT based
Experience and expertise in training.
Innovation and Analysis.
Project Management.
Qualification - Graduate+ Post Graduate + B. Ed (From Reputed College).
Experience -
Minimum 10 years of experience with teaching DP and MYP in a school environment or Curriculum support for International Schools.
Profile - Examiner, Workshop Leader, Evaluation Leader.
Last IB training should not be more than 3 years old.
English/Computer Science/Design Technology/Economics/Chemistry/Math (any subject except Biology & Physics).
