About the Team
As Amazon India’s DEX product team, we are at the forefront of the Customer Experience product thought leadership - working on some of the most difficult Customer Experience problems while partnering with research scientists, software developers, and business leaders. With the focus on driving real impact on Amazon's long-term profitability, we build new analysis from ground up, proposing new concepts and technology to meet business needs, and translating these concepts into robust scalable products that deliver tangible value to our customers and to the A.in business.
About the Role
Improving speed is a key priority for the IN and IES markets. Multiple teams across the board - operations, supply chain, DEX, categories, SCOT and EF, run initiatives to improve speed. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for coordinating with stakeholders across all teams and finding the opportunities and synergies to impact delivery speed.
The key areas of responsibility are:
1) Deep dive on data related to speed output metrics across IES (specifically IN)
2) Deep dive on key speed input metrics to identify and callout key areas/clusters of concerns (IN)
3) Coordinate with execution owners on ground to understand progress, challenges and barriers
4) Track and report project milestones to ensure all teams are aware of the progress
5) Create and publish commentaries across various forums to update key stakeholders on speed progress (output and initiatives)
6) Coordinate with category and operations teams to optimize the execution of ongoing speed promotions
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel
- • 2+ years in auditing/testing customer experience
- • Advanced Excel / data analytics skills
- • Basic understanding of technology
- • Basic SQL
